Hello all! Still plodding along. It’s a heatwave at the moment, and unfortunately for us, we’re doing a lot of garden work over the long week. We’ve had it planned in for weeks, so we’re just slathering on suncream and getting on with it!
(Turns out paved driveways need maintaining??? It’s a scam, I’m sure of it.)
We’re also on the brink of getting a new kitchen. Half is in already, and it’s very swish. Our old kitchen has been gone for months at this point, so we’ve been surviving on microwave meals for longer than I care to think.
So… close…
I am, where I can, still writing, and I’ve almost finished the edits for my first book in the Westfield Pact series! Three friends embarking on their first London Season and falling in love with the most UNSUITABLE men.
For those who have read Pledged to the Lyon, you may be happy to know that Amelia is the protagonist of this next book, and she’s both playing matchmaker, had matchmaker played upon her, and falls disastrously in love with a man no one ever matched her with.
