Great deals and a busy summer

Terri

Hi loves!

Before I get into anything, I have some amazing summer deals for you! Whether you love Historical Romance in Kindle Unlimited, Enemies to Lovers, or Curvy Heroines in KU, I’ve got you covered! Please do check those out!

I’ve been on (apparently) a tour of Europe this summer. From Spain in May to Germany in July to The Netherlands in August, I’ve been jet-setting, and it’s been truly incredible.

Unfortunately, it has meant nothing good for my writing. (Whoops.)

BUT I have begun a new (secret) WIP! And I’ll be talking about it more as the months go on! I’ll be sharing them on social media, too, so keep an eye out for those.

The final Finders Keepers book IS still happening, but my disrupted schedule has delayed its (very necessary) rewrite. But I’m getting there, little by little. I won’t lie, I think this has been the hardest book I’ve ever written, which is crazy to me—out of all the many books I’ve written, this has been the hardest.

But, because it matters to me that I get it right, I’m not going to rush through and publish something half-baked. When I publish it, it’ll be because it’s the best I can do and the story I want to tell. And, unfortunately for everyone who’s waiting for me to finish the damn thing, it means waiting a little longer. I do hope it’s worth it!

I do have the cover for that, though, which is SUPER exciting. Is it my favourite of all my covers in this series? Maybe!

Books books books!

Please check out Nicki Pascarella’s fabulous book, The Earl Kisses a Thief.

There are also three steamy scenes, in case that influences your decision… And it’s available to read in Kindle Unlimited!

And have you read Kelsey Swanson’s deliciously spicy new release?

Just look at that gorgeous cover! Another KU read, so really, there’s nothing stopping you from picking it up!

Don’t forget about our Curvy Heroines promo! There are both historical and contemporary titles in here!

Interested in summer deals? August’s Historical KU promo has everything you need!

Happy reading!

Kiera

Hi everyone, Kiera here!

Apologies for my absence in recent newsletters. Having been wrangling with writers’ block, managing problems with the younger generation (fostering can sometimes be overwhelming!), and refurbishing Terri’s bathroom, hehe, I’ve struggled to keep motivated.

BUT . . .

Yep, I’m racing through the final few chapters (yay!) of Celandine’s story as we speak, and news of ARC opportunities for The Lady’s Desire should be coming in the not-too-distant future.

Book recommendations

I recently discovered a new-to-me author who might appeal if, like me, you enjoy a bit of mystery with your romance. The Pevensey Mysteries, by Rosanne E Lortz popped up on my radar and I’ve enjoyed whiling away a few sunny hours in the garden with the first two books in the series. Of the two, The Duke’s Last Hunt was my preferred, as I found the MMC more empathetic than in the first book.

I’m fascinated by how the author takes the storyline and characters of real, historical events and weaves these into a fictional account set in a later, but still historical period. This involves a wealth of embedded research that puts my rather superficial efforts to shame!

I’m now torn between reading the third book, A Duel for Christmas, now, or waiting until closer to that season! Perhaps I might just take a peep now . . .

Happy reading!
