Black Friday romance deals (and other news)

Terri

Hi loves!

As you know, it’s Black Friday, and that means great deals on all kinds of things. It also means great deals on books! To Marry the Devil is currently only 0.99, and so are tons of other amazing historical romances!

Please do pick some up—it’s a great way of supporting other authors, and big events like this shine a light on more maligned genres such as Historical Romance, which many of you know is suffering a downturn right now. As a long-time lover of the genre, I want to do all I can to encourage more readers into this sphere.

We’re nice, we promise.

To Steal a Bride ARCs

ARCs are now OPEN. If you’re not on my permanent ARC list (or you’re not sure), sign up now. I’ll be posting about it on social media, too, in case you forget or want time to think about it!

ARCs will go out in a couple of weeks, so there’s time to sign up. Release date is Jan 17th!

I know I’ve been a bit delayed releasing this book, and I promised it many times over the past few months, only for me to push the release date back and back. 2026 has been both an incredible and very tough year, and I’ve been battling with a lot both within and outside of writing.

But we are really, really making progress now. I’ve come to love this book, and I can’t wait to let everyone here read it!

This is the LAST book in the Finders Keepers series; next, I will be working on something new (gasp).

I also recently submitted my first Dragonblade book to their editors! Next week I’ll be working on an anthology piece that’ll come out next summer, and I’ve got plenty more projects in the works. I’ve got lots on my plate and lots to keep me busy, and I’m excited to see what the future will bring.

Here’s to beating those winter blues!

Don’t forget to check out the romance book blast deals!

Lots of love,

Terri x

Finally, I’ll leave you with the opening few paragraphs of Chapter One.

“My dear nephew.” Lady Littlewood sailed unannounced into the main salon of Brevin’s residence near St James’ Place, London, a vital force despite her petite frame. “I began to despair of ever finding you at home.”

Richard Brevin, Duke of Davenham, hiding his dismay, rose and took her outstretched hands in his own. He dropped a kiss upon each, a wry smile on his face. “Aunt.”

“Ha! Don’t you ‘Aunt’ me. You know fine well I’ve been wishing to see you ever since you acceded to the title, and you also know that I know you’ve been avoiding me.”

He did his best to look hurt.

Lady Littlewood waved a gloved hand in his face and swept past him to ensconce herself in one of his brown leather fireside chairs. She leaned against the high back, her bright eyes fixed on his face. “You needn’t feign that poor-little-boy look. It might have worked once, but that was a considerable time ago and frankly it is an abhorrent look for one of your age and reputation. Yes, reputation. I may be getting old but I am neither deaf nor blind and news of your exploits assail me on an almost daily basis. It’s time you got married.”

This sally was so unexpected it took Brevin’s breath away. He bit back an immediate retort and instead, despite the early hour, for it was not yet noon, busied himself in pouring a drink. “Whisky?” He held the bottle aloft. “Or shall I ring for tea?”

“Tea if you please.” She sniffed, adjusting her plum-coloured skirts, and waited while he rang for his man. The ensuing silence, broken only by the occasional sniff and rustling of fabric, preyed on his nerves. He had a great deal of admiration for his aunt, who, having not only been the mother his own had failed to be, had also prevailed against her brother’s attempts to cast her off. Therefore he was inclined to allow her more liberties than any other person of his acquaintance. Even so, having her invade his personal space before he had even taken brunch was more than he bargained for. Especially considering the current occupant of his bedchamber, who had as yet to arise. He had to hope she would have the sense to stay there.

All the best,

Kiera
